The equipment must comply with ISO-13485, CE, JIS, FDA, and MHLW standards. Delivery and installation are required within 120 days or earlier at the PAQSJIMS Gambat site. The supplier must provide three years warranty with parts and two years free service without parts, along with a 95% uptime guarantee and 24/7 service availability. Eligibility criteria include registration with FBR/SRB, NTN, GST, DRAP license (if applicable), manufacturer authorization, PEC registration, and technical staff qualifications. Bidders must submit a technical proposal without rates and a financial proposal separately on EPADS. The bid security is 1% of the total bid value, and performance security is 2%.
