Procurement of One (01) CBU 150 kVA Diesel Generator Set with Build-in and External Fuel Tanks for NADRA Regional Head Office Sargodha

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) invites sealed bids for the procurement of one (01) complete built-up (CBU) 150 kVA diesel generator set (DG Set) with a factory-assembled acoustic weatherproof canopy and both built-in and external vertical fuel tanks for the Disaster Recovery Site at NADRA Regional Head Office Sargodha. This turnkey procurement includes supply, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of the DG set and associated systems. Items being procured: - One (01) 150 kVA Prime Rated Diesel Generator Set with OEM factory-assembled acoustic weatherproof canopy (CBU unit) - One (01) external fuel tank sized for minimum 24 hours continuous operation at full load - Power cable Cu, 1 Core - 120mm2, 50 meters with supply, installation, termination, testing, and commissioning - Two (2) earthing cables Cu, 1 Core – 50mm2, 50 meters - One (1) 330 Amp Four Source Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) with MOR provisioning - Foundation work for generator (approx. 100 sq ft, payment based on actual executed area) - Two (2) year Service Level Agreement (SLA) including preventive maintenance for both the new 150 kVA and existing 135 kVA generator sets The scope covers comprehensive site survey, fuel system installation, electrical integration including ATS system with four power sources, earthing system testing and rectification, full testing and commissioning, documentation, training of NADRA technical staff, and warranty support. The DG set must be suitable for critical data center infrastructure with continuous operation capability in ambient temperatures up to 50°C. Eligibility requires valid NTN, GST registration, active ATL status, OEM authorization, and submission of original bid security. The procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS). Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by 23 November 2026 at 11:00 AM PKT. Original bid security must be physically submitted to NADRA office in Islamabad before the deadline. Bidders are advised to conduct a thorough site survey prior to bidding and submit detailed general arrangement drawings. The contract includes a warranty period of 2000 running hours or 12 months, whichever is later, with four preventive maintenance visits included. Payment terms include 50% after delivery and acceptance, and 50% after successful installation and commissioning.
