Procurement of Two CBU DCC 680 KVA Diesel Generator Sets

The Ministry of Interior and Narcotics Control, through its Headquarters NADRA Islamabad, is procuring two complete built-up (CBU) DCC 680 KVA Diesel Generator Sets (DG Sets). This procurement is specifically for the Islamabad location and aims to enhance the power backup infrastructure at the NADRA Headquarters. The procurement will follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope method with Lowest Cost Based Selection (LCBS) evaluation in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004 and related regulatory guidelines. Eligible bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities and appear on the Active Tax Payers List (ATL) of the FBR. Submission requires a Bid Security in the form of Bank Draft, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee, along with hard copies of NTN Certificate, Sales Tax Registration, Business Registration Proof, and a non-blacklisting undertaking on company letterhead. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 4th August 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Procurement Department, HQ NADRA, G-5/2 Islamabad. The final submission deadline for bids is Thursday, 13th August 2026 at 11:00 AM, with electronic bids to be submitted via EPADS v2.0. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be entertained.
