Items being procured: - Supply of all software components across five-layer CCU architecture: Data Ingestion, Message Broker, Stream Processing Engine, Analytical Store, Visualization - Supply of all enterprise software licenses including operating systems for full contract duration - End-to-end implementation on PRAL-provisioned virtual machines including installation, configuration, integration, data modeling, pipeline and stream processing development, dashboard development, performance tuning - Integration with existing and future digital interventions such as production tracking cameras, scanners, digital invoicing systems, POS networks, Digital Enforcement Stations - Development of operational dashboards, KPI panels, drill-down analytical views, threshold-based alerting - Knowledge transfer, training, and technical documentation - Software support, patch management, operational co-management for three years - Full staffing and operation of the CCU including 24/7 monitoring, alert management, operational coordination The technical scope includes a stream-first, event-driven real-time data architecture deployed fully on-premise with no cloud dependency. The solution must support sub-second data movement, secure data handling, role-based access control, and high availability. The vendor is responsible for the complete lifecycle including software, integration, operations, and support services.
