Procurement of Chain Sling with 5 Items, Electric Battery Cart Lifter, and Cupola Key with 11 Items

Heavy Industries Taxila (HIT) invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, and suppliers for the procurement of three separate tenders: Chain Sling with 5 items, Electric Battery Cart Lifter, and Cupola Key with 11 items. Bidders are requested to submit separate bids for each tender with technical and commercial offers in single envelopes. The procurement is governed by PPRA and Ministry of Defence Production rules. Items being procured: - Chain Sling with 5 items including 3 Nos Chain Sling (10m length, 5000 Kgs capacity), 1 No Bottle Jack (5 Ton capacity), 4 Nos Hydraulic Jack, 1 No Nylon Round Belt (40m, 20000 Kgs capacity), 1 No Powerpack Compartment Top Deck - Electric Battery Cart Lifter including Lithium-Ion Battery (8-12 KWh), Smart Automatic Charger, Electric Motor, and related accessories - Cupola Key with 11 items including Hardened Steel Cupola Key (15 Nos), Drum Catcher Moving Trolley (3 Nos), Foot Pedal Air Pump (2 Nos), Gun Cleaning Brush (2 Nos), Locating Pin for Hoisting Down Engine Compartment (2 Pairs), Magnetic Stick (1 No), Measuring Hose (2 Nos), Wrench Disk Bolts (1 No), Gun Cleaning Rod (2 Nos), Digital Anemometer (1 No), and various milling cutters and taps The delivery period for all items is 2 months after signing the contract, with destination at Tank Manufacture Factory, HIT Taxila. Bidders must meet eligibility criteria including valid NTN, Sales Tax Registration, and other documents as per the Standard Bidding Document. Bid security in the form of CDR, Bank Draft, or Pay Order is mandatory. Technical proposals will be opened first, followed by financial proposals of technically qualified firms. Interested bidders may visit the concerned project for clarifications before bid submission. Bids must be submitted by 21 October 2026 at 10:30 hours at Gate No 5, Heavy Industries Taxila, and will be opened on the same day at 11:00 hours. Postal order of Rs 2000/- must be enclosed with the technical bid. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the instructions regarding bid submission, evaluation criteria, warranty, performance bank guarantee, and other contractual terms.
