Procurement of Chemicals and Glassware for Plant Diseases Research Institute Tandojam

The Directorate General, Agriculture Research Sindh, Tandojam invites sealed bids for the procurement of Chemicals and Glassware required by the Principal Scientist / Director, Plant Diseases Research Institute Tandojam. Glassware items include Petri Dishes (glass and plastic, 24 each), Beakers of various sizes (24 each), Volumetric Flasks, Conical Flasks, Measuring Cylinders, Pipettes, Burettes, Gas Burners, and other laboratory essentials in specified quantities. The technical scope requires supply and installation at the specified site in Tandojam, with adherence to quality standards and warranty provisions. Bidders must be registered with PEC, have valid tax registrations including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Sindh Revenue Board certificates, and demonstrate at least three years of relevant supply experience with references and financial stability. Bid security of PKR 1,250,000 is mandatory, submitted as Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of Director Tech-II, Agriculture Research Sindh, Tandojam. The procurement follows the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and e-Pak Procurement Regulations 2023. Bidders must submit technical and financial proposals in two envelopes via EPADS.
