Procurement of 330 Chromebooks on Rental Basis for Bahria University Karachi & Islamabad Campus

The P&D Directorate of Bahria University invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 for the procurement of 330 Chromebooks on a rental basis for Bahria University campuses located in Karachi and Islamabad. Items being procured: - 330 Chromebooks (rental based) with specifications including 11.6" touch screen, Intel Celeron processor, 4GB RAM, 32GB storage, 3-cell Li-Po battery, WiFi, built-in microphone and webcam - 30 On-site buffer stock units of the same specification for immediate replacement - Deployment, installation, and configuration services including bulk enrollment and network setup - Maintenance and technical support services with dedicated helpdesk and on-site engineer during peak periods - Logistics and transportation for delivery, offloading, and retrieval of hardware The technical scope requires provision of Chromebooks from reputed brands such as Dell, HP, Acer, or Lenovo, with a minimum 1-year warranty covering the full rental period. The vendor must provide on-site and on-call technical support throughout the rental duration, including examination days, ensuring replacement of faulty units within a 2 to 4-hour service level agreement. Eligibility criteria include a minimum of 2 years experience in IT hardware rental/leasing, registration with FBR (NTN/GSTN), and evidence of prior supply of similar IT hardware to educational or corporate clients. Bidders must submit a bid security of Rs. 45,000 in hard form before the closing time and a non-refundable pay order of Rs. 5,000. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by 11:00 AM on September 3, 2026, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Manual submissions are not accepted.
