Tender Description
The National Archives of Pakistan (NAP) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of civil and electrical works related to the Rehabilitation and Upgradation of the Regional Office Building located in Karachi. This procurement is part of the FY 2026-27 planned funds and aims to improve the infrastructure and electrical systems of the National Archives regional office.

The procurement will be conducted using the Single Stage-One Envelope method adopting Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and related guidelines. Bidders must submit bids accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of a Pay Order as described in the bidding documents. Detailed bidding documents and specifications are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal.
Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 on or before Friday, September 25, 2026 at 10:00 AM. The bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Vendors not registered on the new EPADS v2.0 platform may register themselves via the provided vendor portal link. Eligible bidders should ensure compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirements including registration on EPADS, submission of bid security, and adherence to the technical and financial criteria outlined in the bidding documents.
