Procurement of Claude AI Subscription for Federal Board of Revenue

The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Islamabad invites experienced and reputable firms to submit bids for the procurement of Claude AI Subscription for FBR (HQ) for a period of one year. This subscription is intended to support FBR's IT and execution needs with advanced AI capabilities. Items being procured: - Claude AI Subscription for one year Bidders must be registered with tax authorities and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) issued by FBR. The bidding documents can be downloaded electronically via e-PADS (www.eprocure.gov.pk) and the FBR website (www.fbr.gov.pk/tenders). Bids must be submitted electronically through e-PADS, accompanied by a hard copy including the original bid security instrument. The bid submission deadline is 1100 hrs on 28th September 2026, with bid opening at 1130 hrs the same day at the FBR (HQ) Conference Room, Constitution Avenue, G-5/2, Islamabad. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 17th September 2026 at 1100 hrs at the same venue, with a virtual option via Zoom for those unable to attend in person. Eligibility requires firms to have relevant experience, valid tax registration, and to comply with FBR procurement rules. Earnest Money in the form of a bid security instrument is mandatory.
