Reconstitution of Procurement Committee for ADP Schemes and M&R Projects 2025-26

The Culture, Tourism, Antiquities & Archives Department, Government of Sindh, has reconstituted the Procurement Committee for the fiscal year 2025-26. This committee will oversee the ADP Schemes, Maintenance & Repair Projects, and Non-ADP Grant-in-Aid projects under the Planning, Development, Monitoring & Implementation Cell. The committee is responsible for preparing bidding documents, conducting technical and financial evaluations, and making award recommendations. The committee includes senior officials from the department and related entities based in Karachi. The reconstitution aims to ensure transparent and efficient procurement processes in line with Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (Amended). The committee's tenure and functions are effective immediately from the date of notification.
