Reconstitution of Procurement and Complaint Redressal Committees for Planning, Development, Monitoring & Implementation Cell, Culture, Tourism, Antiquities & Archives Department for 2025-26

The Culture, Tourism, Antiquities & Archives Department, Government of Sindh, has reconstituted the Complaint Redressal Committee and Procurement Committee for the Planning, Development, Monitoring & Implementation Cell for the fiscal year 2025-26. The committees are tasked with scrutinizing complaints from aggrieved bidders and managing procurement processes for ADP Schemes, M&R Projects, and Non-ADP Grant-in-Aid projects. The committees include senior officials such as the Resident Director and Executive Engineers. Their responsibilities include preparing bidding documents, technical and financial evaluation of bids, and making recommendations for contract awards. These committees operate under the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (Amended) to ensure transparent and efficient procurement and complaint resolution.
