Procurement of Computer/IT and Other Equipment for Federal Employees Benevolent & Insurance Fund (FEB&GIF)

Items being procured include: - Smart Tablet PCs (Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 FE, 12 GB RAM, 256 GB Storage, Samsung S PEN, 60000 quantity) - Desktop Computers (Dell or equivalent, 14th Gen Intel Core i7, 16GB DDR5 RAM, 256GB NVMe + 1TB HDD, Windows 11 Pro, 60000 quantity) - LaserJet Printers (HP LaserJet Pro 4003dn, 5 quantity) - APC UPS (650-val Line Interactive, 7 quantity) - DC Inverter Air Conditioners (1.5 Ton, TCL or equivalent, including installation, 5 quantity) - LED 50 Inch Televisions (TCL or equivalent, 1 quantity) The technical scope includes supply, installation, and configuration of these items with warranty support of at least one year for parts and service, and five years compressor warranty for air conditioners. The procurement follows the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, using a Single Stage One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS). Bidders must be registered with FBR, included in the Active Taxpayer List (ATL), and provide bid security as specified. Delivery is required within 30 days of order to the specified locations at the bidder's own cost. Eligibility criteria include documented experience of at least three similar assignments in the last three years, valid manufacturer authorization, and a physical support office in Islamabad/Rawalpindi.
