Tender Description
Liaquat University of Medical & Health Sciences (LUMHS), Jamshoro, invites bids for the procurement of computer, printer, and other related items for various departments within the university. This procurement is specifically for the Jamshoro campus and aims to equip multiple departments with essential IT and office equipment.
The technical scope includes supply and installation of desktop computers with Core i5 13th generation processors, 16 GB RAM, 512 GB SSD, and accessories such as keyboard, mouse, and 19" LED monitors from reputed brands like HP, Dell, or Lenovo. Additionally, laser printers (MFP HP 30 ppm or equivalent), UPS units (1250va Stabimatic or equivalent), water coolers with filters, water dispensers, wall and ceiling fans, blower machines for cleaning, and mike wires are included in the schedule of requirements. All items must come with 12 months parts and labor warranty, with a maximum downtime of 48 hours including replacement of the whole unit if necessary.
Eligible bidders must be well-reputed firms or companies registered with relevant tax authorities such as FBR and Sindh Revenue Board. They should have at least three years of experience in the relevant field and comply strictly with the technical specifications without offering optional or alternative items. Registration certificates including NTN, GST, and professional tax (if applicable) are mandatory. Bidders must also provide a client list, affidavit confirming no blacklisting, and demonstrate an average turnover of at least PKR 1 million per year over the last three years.
The tender follows a single stage one envelope procedure with bids to be submitted electronically through EPADS. The bid security is 5% of the bid value, and bids must remain valid for 90 days. The deadline for submission is 12:00 noon on 2nd July 2026, with opening scheduled for 11:30 am the same day. Bidders should ensure all bidding documents are complete and signed by authorized persons.
