Tender Description
Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for the procurement of specialized equipment for its Aviation Stations located primarily at New Islamabad International Airport, with additional items for Peshawar and Karachi Aviation Stations. This procurement includes high-quality, certified equipment essential for operational efficiency and safety at these aviation facilities.
Items being procured:
- Digital Conductivity Meter (1 unit) for New Islamabad International Airport with rugged cast aluminium housing, large digital display, range 0 to 1999 pS/m, self-check calibration, detachable stainless-steel probe, certified intrinsically safe for Zone 1 hazardous areas, and plastic solvent resistant carry case.
- Digital Conductivity Meter (1 unit) for Peshawar Aviation Station with identical specifications.
- Digital Conductivity Meter (1 unit) for Karachi Aviation Station with identical specifications.
- Air Compressor (1 unit) for JV Pit Cleaner at New Islamabad International Airport, featuring 1600 rpm, 7.14 kW power or better, flow rate 15.7 L/min or better, and max pressure 10 bar or better.
- Hydraulic Operated Water Pump (1 unit) for JV Pit Cleaner at New Islamabad International Airport, type HPW200/30-45-ST, oil flow 40 l/min or better, oil pressure 210 bar or better, water flow rate 30 L/min or better, water pressure 210 bar or better.
- Air Compressor Unit 5 HP (1 unit) for tyre air filling at New Islamabad International Airport, pressure 175 PSI or better, power 5 HP or above, flow rate 616 L/min or better, tank capacity 200 litre or above.
The technical scope requires all items to be genuine, OEM packed with complete manufacturing details, technical literature, and applicable test certificates. Delivery must be made within 120 days after issuance of the Purchase Order. Acceptance will be subject to inspection by the Station Incharge or authorized representative. Vendors must provide a 12-month warranty on all delivered materials from the date of delivery at PSO Aviation Stations.
Eligibility criteria include submission of earnest money amounting to Rs. 50,000/- in the form of CDR or Pay Order. Vendors should ensure compliance with all government taxes and transportation charges included in their quoted rates. Late delivery penalties of 0.1% per day up to a maximum of 10% of the total order value will be imposed for delays.
The submission deadline is 29th September 2026 by 2:15 PM. Bidders are advised to carefully review all instructions and specifications to ensure their quotations meet PSO's requirements. A practical tip for bidders is to ensure all technical documentation and certifications are complete and attached to avoid disqualification during the technical evaluation phase.
