Procurement of Consultancy Services for Expressions of Interest for Ecosystem Development

The Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) invites qualified consulting firms and consultants to pre-qualify for the procurement of consultancy services under the contract titled 'EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR ECOSYSTEM DEVELOPMENT (Policy Analysis, Formulation, Reforms & Industry Data Development)'. This procurement is planned for the Financial Year 2026-27 and aims to engage consultants to support policy analysis, formulation, reforms, and industry data development for the software export ecosystem. Items being procured: - Consultancy services for Expressions of Interest (EOI) for Ecosystem Development including Policy Analysis - Formulation - Reforms - Industry Data Development The scope includes providing expert consultancy services to analyze policies, formulate strategies, and develop industry data to strengthen the software export ecosystem in Pakistan.
