Procurement of Consultancy Services for Hiring of Consultant/Consulting Firms for Drafting Regulations

The Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) (Federal Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA)) invites eligible bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 for the provision of Consultancy Services for the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement concerns the hiring of Consultant/Consulting firms for drafting regulations under the contract reference 'P68267'. Items being procured: - Consultancy Services for drafting Regulations The procurement will be conducted using the Single Stage-Two Envelope Procedure of the Open Competitive Bidding method, adopting the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004 and instructions issued by the Authority. All proposals must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call at Deposit, or Demand Draft as described in the bidding documents.
