Procurement of Consultancy Services for Detailed Designs, Procurement Assistance and Construction Supervision of Works for Balochistan Water Security and Productivity Improvement Project Component B - QWASA Service Delivery Strengthening

The Balochistan Water Security and Productivity Improvement Project Component B (QWASA Service Delivery Strengthening) invites eligible consulting firms to provide consultancy services for detailed designs, procurement assistance, and construction supervision of works. The project aims to improve flood protection, increase access to water for productive use, and enhance water supply service delivery for about 500,000 customers of the Quetta Water and Sanitation Authority (QWASA). Items being procured: - Detailed designs - Procurement assistance - Construction supervision of works The consultancy scope includes preparation of detailed designs, procurement assistance, and supervision of construction works under the QWASA-Project Implementation Unit (PIU). Consultants must demonstrate corporate capacity with at least ten years of core business experience and five similar assignments completed in the last ten years. Detailed documentation including contract awards, reference letters, and client contact information must be provided. Joint ventures are allowed but must clearly define roles and liabilities. Interested firms should submit Expressions of Interest by September 21, 2026, 16:00 hours (PST).
