Bids will be publicly opened at 11:30 a.m. on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. All bids must be accompanied by a refundable Bid Security of not less than 3% of the bid price in the form of a Bank Draft or CDR issued by a scheduled bank. Abnormally low-price bids and late submissions will be summarily rejected. The procuring entity reserves the right to increase or decrease the quantity of the requisite items.
