Procurement of Consumable Materials for G-II & G-III Courses at Govt Technical Training Institute Jauharabad

The Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (TEVTA) invites national competitive bids under Single Stage One Envelope procedure from active tax-registered bidders for the purchase of consumable materials for various G-II and G-III courses at the Government Technical Training Institute located in Jauharabad, Punjab. This procurement aims to support the educational programs for the 2026-27 and 2025-26 sessions. Items being procured: - Consumable Material for Electrician G-II (Session 2026-27) - Consumable Material for Electronic Application G-II (Session 2026-27) - Consumable Material for D/Man G-II (Session 2025-26) - Consumable Material for Welder G-II (Session 2025-26) - Consumable Material for HVACR G-III (Session 2026-27) - Consumable Material for Electrician G-III (Session 2026-27) The scope includes supply of all required consumable materials essential for the smooth conduct of the technical courses at the institute. Bidders must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and comply with all bidding document requirements. A refundable bid security of 5% of the estimated amount is required to be deposited electronically through the Punjab E-Procurement System (Ep-Punjab). Bidders should upload their bids on the E-Procurement System portal well before the deadline and ensure all required documents including income and sales tax registration certificates accompany the bids. The successful bidder will be required to deposit a performance guarantee of 10% of the total contract amount within 7 days of contract award in the form of DD/PO/CDR favoring Principal GTTI Jauharabad. Bidding documents are available free of cost on www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted online by 07-11-2026 at 10:30 AM and will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM. Only accumulative rates for the whole tender will be considered for evaluation.
