Tender Description
The Pir Abdul Qadir Shah Jeelani Institute of Medical Sciences Gambat invites e-bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposable System (EPADS) for the procurement of consumables, surgical items, laboratory kits, and X-ray films on a framework contract basis for the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement is under the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (Amended 2019) and aims to supply a comprehensive range of medical consumables and equipment to support the hospital's operations in Gambat, Sindh.
Items being procured include a vast assortment of surgical sutures such as Polypropylene and Monofilament Polydioxanone in various sizes, vascular stapler guns, Liga clips and metallic clip appliers, surgical blades, sterile gowns, surgical gloves, X-ray films in multiple sizes, laboratory reagents and kits, orthopedic plates and screws, endoscopy and laparoscopy instruments, anesthesia items, neuro and cardio surgery equipment, disposables like syringes and catheters, and many more specialized medical and laboratory supplies as detailed in the attached annexure.
The technical scope covers the supply of high-quality, registered medical consumables and equipment compliant with the Drugs Regulatory Authority Pakistan (DRAP) standards. Supplies must be delivered to the main pharmacy stores/warehouse at PAQSJIMS Gambat. Bidders must be manufacturers, importers, or their authorized agents/distributors registered with FBR/SRB and appear on the Active Taxpayers List. Bid security of 1% of the total bid value and a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000/- are mandatory. The bidding procedure follows a Single Stage – Two Envelope process as per Rule 46 Sub-rule 2 of SPP Rules 2010.
Key dates include the deadline for online bid submission on **06-10-2026 at 12:00 pm**, with bid opening scheduled for **06-10-2026 at 12:30 pm** in the Green Hall at PAQSJIMS Gambat.
