Procurement of 01 x COTP 1.2 m Auto Tracking SATCOM Antenna System

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) Islamabad invites bids for the procurement of 01 x COTP 1.2 m Auto Tracking SATCOM Antenna System under tender number NADRA-HQ-RFB-98/2026. Items being procured: - 1.2m Satellite Auto-Tracking Motorized Antenna Unit - Satellite Auto-Tracking Antenna Controller - GPS Antenna - VSAT Indoor Unit (iDirect or STM compatible) - LNB - BUC - Allied Equipment - Cabling - Fabrication - Installation and Commissioning - 3KVA UPS for the system The technical scope includes a motorized antenna with three axes, automatic satellite tracking with one-button alignment, adjustable azimuth and elevation, polarization control, and environmental resilience including waterproofing and wind resistance. The antenna system must be mounted on the roof of a vehicle and be user-friendly for operation across Pakistan. The bidder must be an equipment manufacturer or authorized partner with local support and provide a two-year warranty and support. Demonstration of the system is mandatory either onsite or via video presentation. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be legally registered companies with at least 10 years of existence, relevant experience in SATCOM/VSAT solutions, government or defense sector clients, and financial turnover above PKR 50 million. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by August 24, 2026, 11:00 AM, with the original bid security physically submitted to NADRA's procurement department in Islamabad. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM.
