Procurement of Courier Services for Employees' Old-Age Benefits Institution (EOBI) for Two Years

The Employees' Old-Age Benefits Institution (EOBI) Karachi invites bids for the procurement of courier services for a period of two years under reference number P136317. This procurement is for the provision of non-consultancy courier services to facilitate the timely and secure postal delivery of official documents and goods within Karachi, across Sindh province, and throughout Pakistan. Items being procured: - Procurement of Courier Services for two years The scope includes intra-city, intra-provincial, and intra-country delivery with guaranteed delivery times of 24 hours for intra-city and intra-provincial consignments, and 48 hours for intra-country consignments. The service provider must provide online tracking of consignments, daily dispatch reports via email, and monthly delivery reports along with invoices. Unreceived postages must be returned with reasons for non-delivery, and no payment will be charged for such consignments. The procuring agency reserves the right to randomly check consignments for timely delivery. Minimum collection and dispatch interval is once daily. The service provider is liable for compensation in case of loss or damage. Eligibility requires registration with SECP and relevant provincial revenue boards, no blacklisting or litigation, and compliance with technical and financial evaluation criteria including experience, operational franchises, and financial capacity. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by 23 October 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Bid security in the form of pay order or demand draft is required. The contract period is two years with possible extension for one year based on performance. The contract will be awarded on least cost based selection to technically qualified bidders.
