Heavy Industries Taxila, Supply Chain Management Directorate, Taxila Cantt invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms for procurement of Cupola Key with 11 items. The procurement is for the Tank Manufacture Factory, HIT Taxila. Items being procured: - Cupola Key (15 Nos) - General Purpose Drum catcher moving trolley (3 Nos) - Foot Pedal Air Pump (2 Nos) - Gun Cleaning Brush 125mm (2 Nos) - Locating Pin for Hoisting (2 Pairs) - Magnetic Stick (1 Nos) - Pressuring P1-3 measuring hose (2 Nos) - A.G5.000 wrench limit disk bolts (1 Nos) - Gun Cleaning Rod (2 Nos) - AP-856A Anemometer Digital (1 Nos) - Guhring Tap 20 x1.5 Machine Tap-Metric Fine Thread M20 x 1.5mm (30 Nos) The technical scope includes supply of hardened steel and metal materials, customized and local makes, and compliance with OEM specifications. Delivery period is 2 months after signing of contract. Eligibility requires valid NTN, Sales Tax Registration, and compliance with DPP&I-35 and MoDP rules. Firms must submit bid security in form of CDR, BD, or PO. Technical and financial proposals must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes. The bid validity is 120 days extendable to 180 days. Submission deadline is 13 Aug 2026 at 10:30 hours at Gate No 5, Heavy Industries Taxila. Bid opening is same day at 11:00 hours. Postal order of Rs 2000/- must be enclosed with technical bid.
