Procurement of Current Transformer (CT), Voltage Transformer (VT), and Energy Meter for Duber Khwar Power Station

The Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) invites electronic bids for the procurement of electrical equipment for the Duber Khwar Hydel Power Station located in Pattan, Kohistan (Lower). This procurement includes the supply of the following items: - Current Transformer (CT) quantity 06 - Voltage Transformer (VT) quantity 06 - Energy Meter quantity 02 Bidders must be original equipment manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers, or contractors registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and listed on the active taxpayer list (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Additionally, bidders must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license in the appropriate category for electrical procurement and works. The procurement will be conducted on a Delivered Duty Paid (D.D.P) basis. The bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, and specifications are available on the EPADS e-procurement portal (www.eprocure.gov.pk). Electronic bids must be submitted through EPADS by 1100 Hrs on the closing date. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 Hrs in the office of the Resident Engineer (O&M), Duber Khwar Power Station, in the presence of bidders' representatives. A Single Stage Single Envelope procedure will be followed. Each bidder must submit a Bid Security in the form of a CDR in favor of the Resident Engineer (O&M), Duber Khwar Power Station, amounting to Rs. 24,000. The Bid Security must reach the office before the bid closing time. Insurance guarantees are not acceptable. This tender is a valuable opportunity for qualified suppliers to participate in the supply of critical electrical components for a major hydropower project.
