Procurement of Current Transformer, Voltage Transformer, and Energy Meter for Duber Khwar Power Station

Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) invites electronic bids for procurement of electrical equipment at Duber Khwar Power Station, Pattan, Kohistan (Lower). The procurement is on Delivered Duty Paid (D.D.P) basis and requires bidders to be original equipment manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers, or contractors registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments and active on the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Bidders must also hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license in the appropriate category for Electrical Procurement and Works. Items being procured: - Current Transformer (CT), Quantity: 06 - Voltage Transformer (VT), Quantity: 06 - Energy Meter, Quantity: 02 The scope includes supply of the above electrical components to the Duber Khwar Power Station site. Bidders must ensure compliance with technical specifications and delivery timelines. The bid security amounts are PKR 640,000 for CT and VT combined, and PKR 24,000 for Energy Meter. The completion period for the contract is 120 days. E-bidding documents are available on the EPADS portal (www.eprocure.gov.pk). Electronic bids must be submitted via EPADS by 1100 hours on the closing date. Manual bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened on 14-10-2026 at 11:30 hours in the presence of bidders' representatives at the office of the Resident Engineer (O&M), Duber Khwar Power Station WAPDA, Pattan. Each bidder must submit the original bid security in the form of a CDR in favor of the Resident Engineer (O&M), Duber Khwar Power Station WAPDA, Pattan, before the bid closing time.
