Tender Description
The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), Islamabad, is procuring De-Watering Pumps to enhance its disaster preparedness and response capabilities. This procurement is specifically for the supply and delivery of 20 De-Watering Pumps to various locations including Islamabad, Jalozai, RGDO Karachi, Muzaffarabad, Lahore, and Muzaffargarh. The procurement is planned under the National Disaster Management Fund for the Financial Year 2025-26.
The technical scope includes supplying pumps that meet the detailed specifications provided by NDMA, with firms required to submit samples at the time of bid submission or before the technical bid opening. Bidders must be manufacturers, authorized dealers, or suppliers with proven capability to deliver and service the equipment. The delivery period is preferably within 2-3 weeks after issuance of the Purchase Order, with the possibility of amendments to delivery destinations as per operational needs.
Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered on the e-PADS platform, be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue, and provide comprehensive documentation including proof of registration, financial statements, audit reports, and client references demonstrating relevant experience. Bid security and tender fee must be submitted in the form of Pay Order or Demand Draft. The bid validity period is 120 days.
The bid submission deadline is 1100 hours on 25th May 2026, with electronic bids to be submitted online via https://eprocure.gov.pk and hard copies including bid security to be delivered to the Director (Procurement), NDMA Headquarters, Main Murree Road, Near ITP Office, Islamabad. Technical bids will be opened at 1130 hours on the same day at NDMA Headquarters in the presence of bidders' representatives.
