Procurement of DE-Welding Plants

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration where applicable. The procurement is for DE-Welding Plants as per Annexure A, to be delivered within three months after signing the contract. Items being procured: - DE-Welding Plants (quantity as per annexure) This procurement is managed by the Supply Chain Management Directorate at Heavy Industries Taxila, located in Taxila city, Punjab province. The technical scope includes supply and delivery of DE-Welding Plants meeting the specifications outlined in the bidding documents. Bidders must ensure compliance with the eligibility criteria prescribed in the Standard Bidding Document (SBD) and follow PPRA and MoDP rules. Eligibility requirements include valid NTN, Sales Tax Registration, and submission of documents such as registration/pre-qualification letters, audit reports for the last three financial years, attested bank statements, CNIC copies of CEO/Director, trade links with OEMs, and a judicial certificate confirming the firm is not blacklisted or debarred. Documentary evidence of contracts executed in the last three financial years with government or semi-government organizations is also required. A postal order of Rs 2000/- must be enclosed with the Technical Bid in favor of the Director Supply Chain Management Directorate, HIT Taxila. The last date for collection of tender documents is available on the PPRA website. The tender submission deadline is 26 August 2026 at 10:00 hours, with opening at 10:30 hours the same day.
