Procurement of Dental Materials, Medicines and Electro Medical Equipment for Jinnah Dental Hospital Muzaffarabad

The Azad Government of the State of Jammu & Kashmir Jinnah Dental Hospital Muzaffarabad invites sealed bids for the procurement of Dental materials, medicines, General Medicines and Electro Medical Equipment for the fiscal year 2026-27. Bids will be received up to 25-11-2026 at 11:00 am and will be opened the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Items being procured: - Dental medicines - General Medicines - Electro Medical Equipment The procurement is intended for authorized importers and distributors who can participate according to the technical criteria mentioned in the bidding documents. Bidders must submit a Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal as per AJK Public Procurement Rules 2017. Financial proposals of technically non-responsive bids will be returned unopened. Bid security amounts are Rs. 90000 for Dental medicines, Rs. 160000 for General Medicines, and Rs. 75000 for Electro Medical Equipment. Bids must be accompanied by a CDR as per schedule and submitted in sealed envelopes. The bid submission deadline is 30-06-2027 for bid validity. All taxes and duties levied by GoAJK will be charged to bidders. Bidders must submit bids with proper page marking, signatures of authorized persons, and stamping of each page. Affidavits certifying no blacklisting and compliance with AJKPRA rules are mandatory.
