Procurement of Desktop Computers for Establishment of Computer Labs

The National University of Modern Languages Islamabad invites sealed tenders under PPRA rule (36A) through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) from well reputed and GST registered firms for the procurement and installation of Desktop Computers for the establishment of computer labs. Items being procured: - Desktop Computers Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS. Prospective bidders may contact the university at 051-111-13-NUML for training and technical assistance on EPADS. The submission deadline for bids is 15th October 2026 at 1100 Hrs, with opening at 1130 Hrs on the same day in the presence of available bidders. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security as mentioned in the tender document in the shape of Bank Draft/Pay Order. The scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded through EPADS and the original Bank Draft/Pay Order must be submitted physically along with the original sealed proposals. Payment of a non-refundable tender fee amounting to Rs. 15,000/- in the shape of Bank Draft/Pay Order must also be submitted to the office of the undersigned with the bid. The university reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance. This tender notice is also available on EPADS and NUML websites. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the submission instructions and ensure timely submission to avoid disqualification.
