Tenders for Procurement of Dialysis Items, Drugs/Medicines, Surgical Disposables, Diet Catering, Petty Articles, and Oxygen at Civil Hospital Mithi

Civil Hospital (DHQ) Mithi is inviting e-Bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposable System (EPADS) from eligible bidders listed on the Active Taxpayers List of FBR/SRB for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement includes the following items: - Dialysis Items - Local Purchase (L.P 15%) of Drugs/Medicines/Surgical/Disposables - Diet (cooked with catering) - Petty Articles / Miscellaneous Items - Oxygen (Lifesaving Medical Gas) These items are required for Civil Hospital (DHQ) Mithi located in Mithi, Sindh. The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per Rule No.46 (2) of SPPRA-2010 (Amended). Bidders must submit their bids electronically through EPADS only. The original receipt of Tender Fees Rs.3500/- (nonrefundable) must be collected from the hospital and uploaded on EPADS. A valid fixed bid security of 5% of the estimated value in the form of Pay Order, Bank Draft, or CDR from the bidder's own titled account must reach the procuring agency before the deadline. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 am at the Office of Civil Surgeon, Civil Hospital (DHQ) Mithi. Proprietors/owners/bidders are required to participate in person for technical and financial e-bids downloading and opening.
