Procurement of Dietary and Food Items for Social Welfare & Bait-ul-Maal Punjab Lahore Division

The Social Welfare & Bait-ul-Maal Punjab Lahore Division invites bids for the procurement of dietary and food items to support various welfare institutions including Old Age Home, Skill Development Center for Persons with Disabilities, Labor Center for Intellectually Challenged Children, Half-Way House Lahore, Welfare Home for Beggars, Lahore & Shelter Homes in Lahore, Kasur, Sheikhupura and Nankana Sahib. Items being procured: - Dietary & Food Items This procurement is conducted under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 using a single stage two envelope bidding procedure. Bidders must submit both technical and financial proposals online via the Punjab E-PROC portal. The technical proposal will be opened first, followed by the financial proposal of technically responsive bidders. Hard copies of bids will not be accepted. A bid security of Rs. 900,000/- is required. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and have valid NTN and GST registration. The procurement aims to ensure timely supply of dietary and food items on daily, weekly, fortnightly, and monthly basis as per the requirements of the department.
