Procurement of Digital Standees by Regional Head Office Nadra Islamabad

The Regional Head Office Nadra Islamabad (National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA)) invites sealed bids for the procurement of Digital Standees under contract reference P80326 for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is planned to be executed in Islamabad Capital Territory with delivery scheduled within 15 days. Items being procured: - Digital Poly light Address: Plot no 30 & 31 Mauve Area Sector G10/4, Islamabad., Quantity: 5/Qty 80000 PKR LED display Standees The technical specifications require custom LED digital stands with a standing LED unit body made of MS powder coated material, dimensions approximately 28" × 50" with thickness between 6" to 8". The display size is between 24" × 48" to 24.6" × 48.6" with Full-HD, Ultra-HD, 2K, 4K resolution support. Supported formats include MP4, AVI, MOV, JPG, PNG, GIF. Connectivity is centralized through LAN without wireless or WiFi. The product includes custom-built application CMS software and a minimum one-year warranty. Eligibility criteria include valid NTN and GST registration, active ATL listing, company profile, minimum two years of experience with public/private sector supported by purchase/work orders, affidavit of no blacklisting or litigation, and minimum turnover of one million PKR supported by bank statements. Samples or live demonstrations are required for technical qualification. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by Tuesday, August 25, 2026 at 10:00 AM. Hard copies of bid security must be submitted physically at Plot no 30 & 31 Mauve Area Sector G10/4, Islamabad before the deadline. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM on EPADS v2.0. The procurement will follow Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) methodology. Registration on EPADS v2.0 is mandatory for participation. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
