Multan Electric Power Company Limited (MEPCO) invites bids for the procurement of various distribution materials at its Wapda Colony Khanewal Road, Multan office. Connector T-220 (10565 Nos) - Anchor Shackle Square Washers (16690 Nos) - 11 kV Steel Cross Arms with braces (11100 Nos) - Frames for Fixing on Poles (6250 Nos) The technical scope covers supply of electrical distribution hardware and accessories including steel pins, clamps, cross arms, nuts and bolts, hollow poles, steel structures, transformers of various capacities, insulators, stay wires, rods, bolts, connectors, and related items. All items must be procured locally without involving foreign exchange element inclusive of all taxes, duties, and exclusive of GST. The quantities and specifications are detailed in the tender documents. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with PEC in relevant categories, possess valid FBR registration and Active Taxpayer List (ATL) status, and demonstrate prior experience in supply of electrical distribution materials. Earnest Money in the form of CDR or Bid Security must be submitted as per tender requirements. Bidders must submit their bids electronically via the MEPCO e-bidding system (EPADS 2.0) by the specified deadline. The tender was published on 31st July 2026, with bid submission and opening scheduled on 4th August 2026. The submission deadline is strictly at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:15 AM at MEPCO’s procurement office in Multan. Manual bids will not be accepted.
