Procurement of 300 Doping-Control Sample (Urine) Collection Kits for Pakistan Sports Board Islamabad

Pakistan Sports Board, an autonomous body under the Ministry of Inter-Provincial Coordination, Government of Pakistan, Islamabad, invites bids from firms registered with Tax Authorities (Income Tax/Sales Tax) on ATL of FBR for procurement of specialized medical supplies. Items being procured: - 300 Doping-Control Sample (Urine) Collection Kits This procurement is aimed at supporting the Pakistan Anti-Doping Board through the Pakistan Sports Board Islamabad. The kits are essential for doping control activities to ensure fair play and compliance with international sports standards. Bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and appear on the Active Taxpayers List. The bid security required is Rs. 300,000/- refundable, to be submitted in the form of CDR or Pay Order in the name of Pakistan Sports Board. All proposals will be received exclusively through the Electronic Procurement and Disposal System (EPADS). Detailed bidding documents and notices are available on the PSB and PPRA websites and can be downloaded and uploaded via EPADS. The bid security must accompany the technical bid documents uploaded on EPADS, and the original must be submitted to the office before bid opening. Failure to provide the bid security will result in disqualification. The bid opening is scheduled for 27-11-2026 at 1500 hrs, with receiving starting at 1430 hrs. The Director General reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids wholly or partially as per PPRA rules. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the EPADS submission process and ensure timely submission of all required documents to avoid disqualification. Early preparation of bid security and registration on EPADS will facilitate smooth participation.
