Procurement of Drugs, Medicines, Surgical Disposables and Laboratory Chemicals for Munnu Bhai Thalassaemia Care Center Badin

The District Health Officer Badin invites sealed tenders from reputable manufacturers, distributors, suppliers, and importers registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments for the procurement of Drugs, Medicines, Surgical disposables, and Laboratory Chemicals. These items are required as local purchase from 15% of the total grant-in-aid for the use of Munnu Bhai Thalassaemia Care Center Badin for the financial year 2026-2027. Items being procured: - Drugs/Medicines - Surgical disposables - Laboratory Chemicals The procurement will follow the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per SPPRA Rules 46(2). Tender documents can be purchased from the office of the District Health Officer Badin upon submission of application along with photocopies of Income Tax and Sales Tax registration certificates and payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3000. The call deposit for quoted items is 2.5%. Bidders must submit their sealed technical and financial proposals separately in the office of the District Health Officer Badin by 9th September 2026 till 12:00 noon. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 1:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Bids must be in Pakistani Rupees and valid for 90 days. The procurement agency reserves the right to reject any bid subject to relevant provisions of SPP Rules 2010 and may cancel the bidding process at any time before acceptance as per rule 25(1). All quotations must include applicable government taxes including GST. Earnest money of 2.5% of the tender amount must be deposited in the form of D.D or Pay Order in the name of DHO Badin along with tender documents. In case of a holiday on the submission or opening date, bids will be accepted and opened on the next working day.
