Procurement of Drugs and Nutraceuticals for Livestock and Dairy Development

The Directorate General Extension Livestock and Dairy Development Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, located at Bacha Khan Chowk Charsadda Road Peshawar, invites E-bids from DRAP registered manufacturers in Pakistan for the procurement of Drugs and Nutraceuticals for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement will be conducted through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) using a Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure exclusively for DRAP registered manufacturers. Items being procured: - Drugs - Nutraceuticals Bidders must submit their Technical and Financial bids separately online via EPADS by 12:00 PM on 10th August 2026, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 2:00 PM. The Bid Solicitation Documents can be downloaded from www.kppra.gov.pk, www.fc.kp.gov.pk, and EPADS portals. A pre-bid meeting is arranged for 29th July 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Committee Room of Directorate General Extension Livestock and Dairy Development Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar. Bidders should thoroughly review the Bid Solicitation Documents before this meeting and upload any queries or suggestions on EPADS prior to the meeting date. A Bid Security of PKR 1,000,000 in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in the name of the Director General Extension Livestock and Dairy Development Khyber Pakhtunkhwa must be submitted in original within a sealed envelope by 2:00 PM on the bid opening day. The CDR must be from the firm or manufacturer's account. Photocopies of the Bid Security should be included inside the Technical Proposal envelope. Ordinary, crossed, or open cheques and pay orders are not acceptable as bid security. Eligibility requires DRAP registration, and bidders must submit unit prices as per the prescribed financial bid format. The procuring entity reserves the right to reject any or all bids under Rule 47(1) of KPPRA Rules, 2014.
