The materials and workmanship must conform to the samples and specifications provided, including seasoned wood, specific gauge metals, high-density foam, and marble finishes. The site for delivery and installation is NAVTTC headquarters in Islamabad. Eligible bidders must have an established furniture factory or authorized dealership, valid FBR/NTN registration, and experience supplying similar office furniture to federal or provincial government departments over the last three years. The bid security is Rs. 300,000 in the form of a Pay Order in favor of NAVTTC Fund. The technical and financial bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 by Thursday, August 13, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Manual submissions are not accepted. The bid validity period is 120 days.
