Procurement of Earthing Platform and Earth Rod 16mm dia 3Mtr Long (Copper)

The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) through its Project Management Unit (IESCO-PMU) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement of Earthing Platform and Earth Rod 16mm dia 3Mtr Long (Copper) under contract reference P35519 for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is planned for delivery at IESCO Regional Store New Wah, Islamabad Capital Territory. Items being procured include: - Earthing Platform (Quantity: 25 Nos) - Earth Rod 16mm dia 3Mtr Long (Copper) (Quantity: 2184 Nos) The Earthing Platform shall be fabricated from mild steel and hot dip galvanized as per WAPDA specification P-135:1980. The Earth Rods shall be mild steel rods with a copper coating of minimum 0.33 mm thickness, cone point and chamfered head, conforming to WAPDA specification P-116:81. Both items require compliance with detailed technical specifications and factory acceptance tests witnessed by IESCO engineers. Bidders must be registered and meet eligibility criteria including PEC registration, FBR/NTN compliance, and demonstrate relevant experience with at least two contracts of similar complexity totaling Rs. 43 million or more in the last 10 years. The bid security and performance guarantee requirements are specified in the bidding documents.
