Procurement of Electrical, Consumable, Component and Mechanical Spares for Avionics Production Factory PAC Kamra

Avionics Production Factory (APF) at Pakistan Aeronautical Complex, Kamra, invites sealed tenders from sales tax registered firms for procurement of various spares on FOR Kamra basis in local currency. Items being procured: - Electrical Spares (55 items) under tender APF/1920/183/LOG(PC-282/26) - Spares (14 items) under tender APF/1920/182/LOG(PC-284/26) - Spares (14 items) under tender APF/1920/182/LOG(PC-285/26) - Spares (14 items) under tender APF/1920/180/LOG(PC-286/26) - Spares (10 items) under tender APF/1920/170/LOG(PC-288/26) - Consumable Spares (14 items) under tender APF/1920/190/LOG(PC-289/26) - Components & Mechanical Items (22 items) under tender APF/1920/190/LOG(PC-290/26) - Components (26 items) under tender APF/1920/240/LOG(PC-291/26) The technical scope covers a wide range of electrical components, cables, connectors, switches, wires, mechanical parts, consumables like adhesives and greases, and electronic components. All items must be current year's production with technical data sheets and specifications provided free of cost. Delivery is required within the current financial year with minimum possible delivery period. Warranty of one year is mandatory. Eligibility criteria include PEC registration where applicable, FBR/ATL registration, and submission of earnest money as specified per tender. Earnest money must be submitted as bank draft or pay order in favor of CMA (ISOs) Rawalpindi. Technical offers must be submitted without prices and include all relevant literature. Commercial offers must be separately sealed and clearly marked.
