The Peoples University of Medical & Health Sciences for Women, located in Nawab Shah, Shaheed Benazirabad, Sindh, invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for multiple procurement tenders. Items being procured: - Electrical Consumable Items - Provision & Installation of Inverter with Lithium Battery - Arrangement of Convocation - Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Security & Surveillance Systems (CCTV) The scope includes supply and installation of electrical consumables and advanced inverter systems with lithium batteries, ensuring reliable power backup. The convocation arrangement requires comprehensive event management services. The security and surveillance system involves modern CCTV installation, testing, and commissioning to enhance campus safety. Bidders must have valid NTN and GST registration for goods and SRB for services. A minimum of three years of relevant experience is required along with turnover as specified in the bid documents. Earnest money in the form of bid security is mandatory as per the tender details. Tender documents will be issued from the first day of advertisement until 17-10-2026 at 11:15 AM as per SPPRA rules. Tender fees of Rs. 7,000 per tender are non-refundable and payable via cash deposit in HBL Account or Pay Order in favor of 'PUMHSW OTHER RECEIPTS ACCOUNT'. Bids must be submitted electronically through the SPPRA-EPADS portal by 17-10-2026 at 11:15 AM. Late submissions will not be accepted. Bid opening will occur on the same day at 12:15 PM at EPADS.
