The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites sealed bids for procurement of various electrical goods planned for FY 2026-27. This procurement is funded by IESCO-PMU and aims to cover eligible payments under contracts for the listed items. The materials must meet quality standards suitable for the Islamabad region and comply with technical specifications provided in the bidding documents. Bidders must be registered with FBR and on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Earnest Money in the form of Bid Security is mandatory as per the bidding documents. The procurement will follow the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. The bid opening date and time is fixed at 02 October 2026, 11:00 AM. Bidders are advised to register on the EPADS portal and submit their bids electronically. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 23 September 2026 at the office of Chief Engineer (Development) IESCO, Islamabad. For successful participation, bidders should ensure timely registration on EPADS, prepare complete technical and financial bids, and comply with all submission requirements. Late or incomplete bids will be rejected.
