Procurement of Electrical Goods by Peshawar Electric Supply Company

Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of electrical goods planned for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is based on funds reserved by PESCO and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) version 2.0. Items being procured: - 500MCM S/C Cable & Earth Wire 9mm2 (Contract No. PMU-19/2026-27) - 132kV Circuit Breakers (Contract No. PMU-20/2026-27) - 11kV Outgoing Panels (Contract No. PMU-21/2026-27) - 11kV Incoming Panel (Contract No. PMU-22/2026-27) - Disc Insulator 100KN (Contract No. PMU-23/2026-27) - Control Cables (Contract No. PMU-24/2026-27) The procurement will adopt the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, and any related regulations, guidelines, or instructions issued by the authority. Bidders must submit a bid security as described in the bidding documents, in the form of Call at Deposit or Bank Guarantee. All bids must be submitted in hard copy along with a covering letter to the office of the Chief Engineer (Development), PMU PESCO, Peshawar, by the closing date and time. Late or non-compliant bids will be rejected.
