Procurement of Electrical Goods Including Lynx Conductor, Earth Mast, Transformers, Conductors, Lightening Arrestor, Termination Kits, Battery Bank and Charger by PESCO Peshawar

The Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of electrical goods for FY 2026-27 in Peshawar. Items being procured: - PMU-9/2026-27 (132kV ACSR Lynx Conductor) - PMU-10/2026-27 (132kV Beams, Columns) (Earth Mast & 11kV Structures) - PMU-11/2026-27 (CP-50 & RP-3, RP-4) - PMU-12/2026-27 (Auxiliary Pad Mounted Transformer 200 kVA) - PMU-13/2026-27 (Grounding Conductor 95 mm2) - PMU-14/2026-27 (1000 MCM Cable S/C) - PMU-15 (Aluminum conductor 600mm2) - PMU-16/2026-27 (132kV Lightening Arrestor, 132kV Potential Transformer) - PMU-17/2026-27 Termination Kits for 1000MCM (indoor & Outdoor Kits) - PMU-18 (Battery Bank and Battery Charger) The procurement will be conducted under the Public Procurement Rules using the Single Stage One Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS). Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as described in the bidding documents. The original Bid Security along with a covering letter must be submitted to the office of the Chief Engineer (Development), PMU PESCO, Peshawar on or before the closing date and time, failing which bids will be rejected. E-bidding documents and detailed terms and conditions are available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements. Bidders must submit their bids through EPADS v2.0 by Friday, September 18, 2026, 10:00 AM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM.
