Procurement of Electrical Goods including 500MCM S/C Cable, 132kV Circuit Breakers, 11kV Panels, Disc Insulator, and Control Cables

Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of electrical goods planned for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement will be conducted under the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - 500MCM S/C Cable & Earth Wire 9mm2 - 132kV Circuit Breakers - 11kV Outgoing Panels - 11kV Incoming Panel - Disc Insulator 100KN - Control Cables The scope includes supply of high-quality electrical components suitable for PESCO's network requirements in Peshawar. Bidders must ensure compliance with technical specifications and standards as detailed in the bidding documents. Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration, FBR/ATL registration, and submission of bid security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt or Bank Guarantee as specified in the bidding documents. All bids must be accompanied by the required bid security. Bids must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal by Monday, September 28, 2026, 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM via EPADS. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Interested bidders not registered on EPADS v2.0 may register at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk. For submission, the original bid security in hard copy along with a covering letter must be delivered to the office of the Chief Engineer (Development), PMU PESCO, Peshawar before the closing date and time.
