Procurement of Electrical Goods including Conductors, Transformers, Cables, and Battery Equipment by Peshawar Electric Supply Company

Peshawar Electric Supply Company (PESCO) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of various electrical goods planned for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is aimed at supporting PESCO's infrastructure and operational needs in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Items being procured: - PMU-9/2026-27 (132kV ACSR Lynx Conductor) - PMU-10/2026-27 (132kV Beams, Columns) (Earth Mast & 11kV Structures) - PMU-11/2026-27 (CP-30, CP-50) & (RP-3, RP-4) - PMU-12/2026-27 (Auxiliary Pad Mounted Transformer 200 kVA) - PMU-13/2026-27 (Grounding Conductor 95 mm2) - PMU-14/2026-27 (1000 MCM Cable S/C) - PMU-15 (Aluminum conductor 600mm2) - PMU-16/2026-27 (132kV Lightening Arrestor, 132kV Potential Transformer) - PMU-17/2026-27 Termination Kits for 1000MCM (indoor & Outdoor Kits) - PMU-18 (Battery Bank and Battery Charger) The technical scope covers supply of conductors, transformers, cables, grounding conductors, lightning arrestors, potential transformers, termination kits, and battery equipment essential for PESCO's electrical network. Bidders must ensure compliance with specifications and standards as detailed in the bidding documents. Eligibility criteria include registration with FBR and ATL, relevant PEC categories, and submission of bid security in the form of Call at Deposit or Bank Guarantee as specified in the bidding documents. The procurement will follow the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004.
