Procurement of Electrical Items, Lubricants, and Hardware Items

Aror University of Art Architecture Design and Planning Sukkur invites sealed bids under Single Stage-One Envelope procedure for procurement of various items. The tender is open to active taxpayers registered with FBR and SRB, and bidders must be free from blacklisting and unserviceable stores. The procurement is on an As Is, Where Is basis. Items being procured: - Electrical items and hardware items - Lubricants for generators and vehicles - Hardware items and electrical items - Other related items The scope includes supply of electrical and hardware items along with lubricants for use in generators and vehicles at the university premises in Sukkur. The materials are to be delivered and accepted on site as per specifications. The procurement is managed by the Procurement Officer of Aror University, located at Arsi Colony, Rohri Bypass, Sukkur, Sindh. Eligible bidders must have valid PEC registration if applicable, active FBR and SRB registration, and must not be blacklisted. Experience in supplying similar items to government or educational institutions will be advantageous. Earnest Money in the form of CDR amounting to PKR 3,000 must be submitted with the bid. The bid form can be obtained from the Procurement Office from 31 July 2026 to 07 August 2026 during office hours. Bids must be submitted by 17 August 2026 at 12:00 noon, with technical bids opened the same day at 12:30 pm. Late submissions will not be accepted.
