Bidders must be on the active taxpayer list of the Federal Board of Revenue and registered on the EPADS v2.0 platform. Delivery will be on the basis of FCS to the Regional Store Hyderabad/Jamshoro. Bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call at Deposit, Demand Draft, or Bank Guarantee from a scheduled bank valid for 28 days beyond bid validity is mandatory. Bids must be submitted to the Manager (Procurement) PMU HESCO Bungalow # A-1 HESCO Colony Hussainabad, Hyderabad by the closing date. Late or incomplete submissions will be rejected. The bid submission deadline is **22 September 2026** with electronic bids opening starting from 10:30 AM onwards on the same day. Manual submissions are not entertained unless registered on EPADS v2.0.
