Procurement of Electrical Materials for Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) FY 2026-27

The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) invites eligible bidders to participate in the procurement of electrical materials planned for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is managed by the Project Management Unit (PMU) of IESCO located near the 132kV Rawal Grid Station, Club Road, Kashmir Chowk, Islamabad. Items being procured: - 132 KV Line C.Ts with SSS Ratio 200:600:300:5/5A (30 units) - 132KV Earth Mast (14 units) - 11KV Bus Bar Structure (14 units) - Control Panel CP-50 (4 units) - Relay Panel RP-4 (7 units) - 11 KV Capacitor Control Panel (11 units) - Connector Type TMHH (136 units) - Connector Type TMRH (34 units) - 03 bolt PG connector for Lynx (915 units) - Stubs and cleats for ED (28 units) - Earthing Platform (25 units) - Earth Rod 16mm dia 3Mtr Long (Copper) (218 units) - Disc Insulator 80 KN (551 units) - Disc Insulator 100 KN (226 units) - Post Insulator 132 KV (22 units) - 132KV Lightning Arrester with Supported Steel Structure (SSS) (65 units) - ZM-30 Tower along with Stubs & Cleats & allied accessories (38 units) - 03 Mtr Leg Extension for ZM-30 (25 units) - Leg Ext. 6M 132KV D/C Tower ZM-1 (26 units) - 03 Mtr Leg Extension for ZM-60 (1 unit) - Stubs and Cleats for EA (140 units) - Stubs and cleats for ED (48 units) - 220KV ED Tower along with Stubs & Cleats & allied accessories (5 units) - 220KV EG Tower along with Stubs & Cleats & allied accessories (10 units) - 02 Mtr Leg Extension for EA (36 units) - 02 Mtr Leg Extension for ED (49 units) - 04 Mtr Leg Extension for ED (16 units) - 02 Mtr Leg Extension for EG (54 units) - 04 Mtr Leg Extension for EG (1 unit) The procurement follows the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004. Bidders must submit bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as specified in the bidding documents. Manual submissions are not accepted. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 23.09.2026 at the Office of Chief Engineer (Development) IESCO, adjacent to the 132KV Rawal Grid Station, Islamabad. Bidders unable to attend physically may join via Zoom. Bidders are advised to ensure their registration on EPADS v2.0 and review all bidding documents carefully. The bid opening will take place on 02.10.2026 at 11:30 AM via EPADS. The Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) is notified for this procurement as per Rule 48 of Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
