Procurement of Electrical Materials for Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) PMU

The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) Project Management Unit (PMU) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of various electrical materials for the fiscal year 2026-27. The materials must comply with the specifications detailed in the bidding documents. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and comply with all eligibility criteria including PEC registration, FBR/ATL status, and submission of bid security or bid securing declaration as per the bidding documents. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 23.09.2026 at the office of Chief Engineer (Development) IESCO, adjacent to the 132KV Rawal Grid Station, Club Road, Islamabad. Bidders unable to attend physically may join via Zoom, with details to be shared. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 by 11:00 AM on 02.10.2026. Late or manual submissions will not be accepted. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM.
