304 Spares Depot EME Khanewal Cantt invites bids for procurement of electrical and mechanical spares as detailed in Annexure 'A' of the tender inquiry. Items being procured: - Electrical spares - Mechanical spares The procurement includes brand new stores quoted in the required country of origin. Rates must be inclusive of all government taxes including GST, Income Tax, Duty Tax, and others. The rates should be quoted in Pak Rupees only and include installation, training, commissioning, software update, and all literature including part catalogues, owner/user manuals, and repair manuals where applicable. The tender follows PPRA Rule 36 (b) with a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure. Technical and commercial offers must be submitted in separate envelopes. The technical offer must include one copy of the commercial offer both in hard and soft copy (CD). Quotations must clearly mention the total number of items quoted and only ITD Directorate, GHQ, and NHT approved brands are acceptable. No quotations will be accepted without firm stamps on each page. Eligibility requires firms to be registered with FBR/ATL and to have relevant experience. Earnest money in the form of a CDR is mandatory. The technical offer must include proof of origin, agency agreements, and advance sample approvals where applicable.
